Who We Are
Dr Printers is operated by RDI Solutions LLC, based in Ronkonkoma, New York. We are an authorized HP partner and provide independent on-site repair for Brother equipment and other major manufacturers — from compact home inkjets to high-volume office copiers and wide-format plotters.
We built this business around a simple observation: most printer problems are physical. Worn rollers, tired fusers, aging drums, failing gears. Machines like these are built to be repaired, not thrown away — and repairs are done best by a trained technician with genuine parts, working on the machine where it lives. That is the entire model: qualified technicians, manufacturer parts, and service delivered at your home or office.
