The most useful details are your equipment's brand and model (usually on a label on the front or back of the machine), any error codes or blinking-light patterns on the display, and a short description of what the machine is doing — for example, jamming from tray 2, printing faded pages, or making a grinding noise. We schedule visits as quickly as availability allows and confirm a time window when we book your appointment. Urgent business breakdowns receive priority where possible.
What does a visit cost?
Standard hardware repairs are quoted before work begins. A diagnostic fee may apply when a completed diagnosis is declined or the equipment is beyond economical repair; it is disclosed before scheduling and absorbed into the repair price if you proceed. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
